Me, Karley... A 20-something wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt. I am a stay at home mom of one with another on the way. My desire in life is to be the woman God wants me to be, to be the woman my husband is proud to call his wife and is proud of, to be the mom my kids can trust and confide in.
Travis (Trav to me)... A 20-something husband, dad, son, brother, uncle, police officer. Trav has been a police officer for two years now and I couldn't be more proud to call him my husband. He is funny, supportive, and likes to tease!
Taylor Mae... A 1 year beautiful, busy, smiley, opinionated, dramatic, princess. Taylor has filled our lives with so much laughter and joy! She was born with cleft lip and palate, and has gone through a lot in her first year, but has a very strong and joyful spirit and has gotten through everything with grace!
Our Story... Trav and I met at Sky Lodge Christian Camp in Montello, WI. We were both on staff and were put on the same crew for a week. I was 15 and he was 17. We kept in touch and re-met about a year and a half later and have been together ever since. We have been together for 6 years now and got married after 3.5 years together. We were married about 9 months when we found out were were pregnant with Taylor and are now expecting our second baby in August. God has blessed us more than we can imagine, and we thank Him everyday for all He has done for us.
